Break/Fix

1. Your computer is broken and needs to be fixed.

2. You want to hire me to set up a new computer, internet modem, printer, etc.

3. You want me to teach you how to use your technology.

Break/Fix Pricing

• I charge $125/ hour for onsite work, with a 1.5 hour minimum in Oregon, and a 1 hour minimum in Vancouver/Camas, WA.  If you are outside of Vancouver/Camas, but in WA state, it is a 1.5 hour minimum.

• I charge $111/hour for a remote session, with a 1/2 hour minimum.

 

Payment for ALL Break/Fix jobs is due at the time services are rendered, unless you have special monthly billing arrangements with us.

 

Diva Care Maintenance Plans

• Diva Care Pro – $36/month

• Diva Care Lite – $21/Month

• Diva Backup Business or Diva Backup Home – price is based on plan chosen

• Diva Care Managed AntiVirus – $55-$75/Year, depending on the package

 

ALL Diva Care Maintenance Plans are required to be on automatic credit card billing.
