I am really excited to announce that I now have an online appointment calendar. Why?
I spend a lot of time playing phone tag or email tag with folks who simply want to schedule an appointment with me. It is frustrating for everyone!
With my new online appointment calendar, you can see my real-time calendar availability, select the time that works best for you, and easily book your appointment. Many times, same day remote appointments are available.
How Does It Work?
When you navigate to my website, www.computerdiva.biz, you will click on the “Make An Appointment Online” button in the right column. You cannot miss it!
Four Categories are available, and they are described in detail below the appointment scheduling form. You will select your category from the following:
• I am a Diva Care Subscriber • I want awesome remote service • I want an onsite visit • I have questions about ComputerDiva
Then What?
Based on the Category you selected, you will then choose from a sum-set of services that pertain to the Category. The Employee will always be Mary Burger. You will also be shown what the cost is for the time you have chosen. You can choose to pay at the time you book the appointment, or if you choose to pay locally, that means you will choose to pay for the appointment at the time the work is performed.
When you click Next, you are taken to my online calendar, where you can choose the time-slot that is convenient for you Most appointments are set up for a 1 hour time-slot. On the next screen, you will have an opportunity to describe the work that you need me to do. Be as specific as possible. I will then assess the job and let you know if I think it will take longer than 1 hour.
You will receive a confirmation email that the appointment has been set, and I will receive an email letting me know you set an appointment.
